Every so often a manufacturer will discontinue a product and we can no longer carry it. We do our best to get these items removed from the site before we run out. If your order contains a discontinued item we’ll contact you by email (using the email address you supplied for your order) immediately. We will provide you with a list of options regarding replacing or being refunded for the product in question.
Occasionally items may only be temporarily discontinued while the manufacturer changes a label, or ingredients or flavor. In this case the product will only be unavailable temporarily while the new version is being rolled out. In the case of a temporary outage, your items will be sent to you immediately upon receiving them back in stock.
Any request for an exchange or refund by email will be handled and responded to within 30 minutes of receiving your request. To do so, please email us at service@bodybuilding.com. We work hard to get you exactly what you want, the first time, every time.
