International Express Courier is Bodybuilding.com’s premier express shipping option for our valued customers around the world.  Items shipped via International Express are guaranteed to be delivered within two to five business days of placing your order!  It also offers a deluxe up to the moment tracking via our Order Status page.  This tracking number gives the added bonus of supplying any information regarding Customs clearance or delays, in the rare case that these delays do occur.  Choose this shipping option if you want guaranteed fast delivery with state of the art package tracking.

International Express Country Restrictions:  International Express services can no longer be used to ship items to the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Italy, Greece, Russia, Bosnia, Brazil, Spain.

International Postal Service (7-14 business days) - Rates Start as low as $9.99:

Shipping with International Postal Service is a great idea for small and lightweight purchases. Items reach your country’s Customs inspection agency within 7-14 business days.  Once your items have been released from the Customs inspection process, they will be delivered to you.  For step-by-step tracking, try our International Express shipping option. International Postal Service is the perfect cost-saver option that offers a wider range of delivery countries than International Express Courier.

Helpful Hints:

Attention APO/FPO Customers: For all APO/FPO addresses outside of the United States, we do not charge extra for shipping internationally, please choose USPS 2 to 3 day Priority Mail to ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Fees:  Shipping prices are based on weight. To find your shipping costs, add items to your shopping cart and the shipping cost will adjust automatically.

Duties and Taxes:  All shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and tariff’s which are not included in shipping costs. We cannot mark items as gift or alter the declared value in any way.
